I was involuntary discharged from my last job, should I hide it to my new employer?

I've been working for Bank of America for 3 years and I was discharged from the bank early this year. My father had heart attack in China on Nov.2006, and he needed a lot of money otherwise the doctors would not perfrom the surgery for him in China. I was shocked when I first heard the news, and I used all my savings and had borrowed money from relatives and friends and even overdrawn my credit cards in order to get the money for my father. Because of this incident, I stopped go to work without notify my manager because I lost my mind and didn't know what to do. After serveral days probably more than a week, I finally called my manager and told him the tragedy, and he told me to filed a leave of absense if I had to returned to China. I did filed the leave of absense and then I flew to China and stayed there for 3 months. My father eventully died on Feb. 2007. When I came back I found out that I had been discharged because my leave of absence was denied since I didn't provide evidence.

I need a bit of help in exposure, and I'm still confused about it. Recently, I bought a 50mm F/1.4 lens for portrait photography, and I'm happy with it. Although, when I was testing it, I keep getting these dark shots because the aperture is low, and these blurry shots because the shutter speed is too slow. Hello, did you jet the carbs to match the pipes? This could explain the hard starting and the backfiring. Aftermarket exhausts are usually free flowing which will lean the mixture. A lean mixture will definately cause it to start harder. Also a less restrictive exhaust can actually cause a vacuum in the pipes, resulting in a small amount of raw fuel being pulled into the pipes resulting in a backfire. Definately be certain you have the right temp range plugs, and a well charged battery for the cold starting. Does the engine also surge a bit with a constant throttle position? This is also a symptom of a lean condition. If available I'd run this bike on a dyno, there's a shop near me that'll give you 2 pulls for $25 with a tuning session inbetween, WELL worth the money in what you'll learn from it. I know you said the carbs were cleaned 3 times, but were the float levels checked, have they been synced, what sort of airbox and filter are you running? These are all little things that can cause problems. I'm sorry if this doesn't give you an instant answer but I hope it may have given you a few ideas and pointed you in the right direction.

where do you have the orchid?..is it near a vent that may be blowing cold air on the blooms or an A/C unit, or possibly in an area where the temperature is getting too hot. Typically blooms should last quite awhile on most orchids unless they are too cold or too hot. first off i was a blue belt in aiki jiujitsu before the school closed down cause we didn't have enough students. I caught on pretty fast, and im a pretty smart kid so i figured that if i got a jiujitsu book and figured out how to do the moves myself that id be ok. I've had success in the past with watching videos and trying moves out in cl. Recently I bought a book on bjj black belt techniques and I was looking though it and some of it looked hard but the majority of it was simple for me. so what im currently doing is figuring the moves out in my head, running though them by myself, then practice them with one of my friends. I am running vista and the program that first came with my camera in 2004 DVD MovieAlbum SE is not compatible with vista as Hitachi support has said. So, AF is due tomorrow the 1st. Was feeling a bit crampy last week, but no other signs really, bb's sore but usually are before AF. I don't cramp until the day of AF or the day after, did have a bit of pink color on tp around Friday or Saturday but nothing major. Have had headaches a bit, but again usually do with AF. The only odd thing is my CM is very present if you know what I mean, and usually is pretty scarce about this time. Should I test or wait to see if AF is going to come tomorrow. Double vision in left eye?

For some time now, I have been experiencing intermittent double vision in my left eye. While it may be important to point out that I do have high blood pressure, I am not sure how related this is, simply because it doesn't seem to coincide with any elevated BP readings. If I have an elevated reading, my vision is often fine. And when my vision is doubled, it doesn't mean I am showing high on my BP readings. It varies from day to day, but whatever vision I wake up to in the morning, is how it is throughout the entirety of the day, and I always know that I will not notice a change (if any) until I wake up the following morning.. The easiest way to describe it is that I can go 3 to 4 days with perfectly fine vision and then 1 to 2 days with blurred/doubled vision. Does anyone else experience this?

Cameras- can anyone suggest a good substitute for the Fuji Film Fine Pix F31 FD?

Hey, so I met this guy and we talked and he asked for my number. He also said that I’m very beautiful. We had some mutual friends prior to meeting. For an entire month he would invite me places and I would invite him places. We would often makeout too and when we hung out we usually were not sober either but we did not have nor did he ever try anything like that on me (even when we were alone in his room). at times we hung out sober too and all was good. When he is with his friends (not mutual friends who live with him) they will nudge him and point to me and he would just stare. I talked to his housemate (who is one of my really good friends and who dosen't nudge him when he's around me) about it and his housemate told me that he is the type of guy who NEVER asks girls for numbers or barely talk to girls and that I was the first girl that he’s seen him with. Problem with moving stick shifter.

1997 Suzuki Sidekick (manual transmission). Lately, it has been getting more and more difficult for me to physically move the shifter. It is the toughest to get it into the first gear position. And when I put it in reverse, it makes a scratching-like sound. Someone put "Dot 3" in to try to lubricate the clutch. It was worse after that. Now, it will not go into reverse either. What could be wrong?

I have a little bit of a queasy stomach, but I wouldn't say its bad enough to vomit. I really want to throw up because it helps me feel better. No I'm not bulimic, I've never done it before. Battery disconnecting - reset ECU?

To do compression test remove plugs and use compression gauge, crank engine over same number of times to get accurate reading. You don't need to disconnect battery, just remove coil wire and ground it to engine. If no distributor and separate coils disconnect coil plug ins. If you get a check engine light after then disconnect neg. terminal to clear. You wont loose any computer settings in ECU. Help with a Red Paint Fiasco!!!?

I had wallpaper in my bathroom that was stripped.There was also holes in the wall from a towel rack the prior owner decided to glue to the drywall. So there is some larger patchwork with spackle. I sanded the spackle down as best as I could. I got the new Behr Ultra Premium paint (Dare Devil Red) that has a built in primer. I applied the first coat last night and it looks terriable. You can see all the patchwork ( the paint went on darker around the patches). All the brush strokes are visable. Also the color is much lighter than what was intended and the paint is kinda soupy and hard to work with much like regular primer. Im thinking about going to a mocha brown. Should I reprime the red, or do you think I should give the red a few more coats.

I suppose what I am most unhappy about is not finishing college when I was much younger. Not being in iduous pursuit of my goals. Now, wanting to go back to school not being able to afford it or should I say not willing to pay for it, since that would mean I’d have to continue to work on a job, doing something I detest for the next 2 years or so. I think the first and second stanzas were BEAUTIFUL and breathtaking(: I love your choice of words, the way you said it was like i could feel your emotions and i was the one in the poem. My advice to you is to not do anything drastic until you have a good sum of money saved up. And july is not that far away, so I also suggest you wait until you are 16, just for the sake of being older..i dont know how many people would be willing to rent their place to a 15 year old. What sort of float should i be buying?

Um, I don't know how to put this, but here it goes. I'm 18 at the moment, at around the age of 14 I went through a stage in which I was cast under a religious spell of some sort. At the time I was experiencing some very difficult issues in my life. My parents were had just divorced and were constantly fighting with one another, I was stuck in the middle and didn't know where to run. I was living with my grandparents who were very much a pain as much as I love them, and I became VERY spiritual. I believed that God spoke to me, I humbled myself to God and detested all people who doubted His existence. Some of the things I said, now, in retrospect, look peculiarly like the things many of the fundamentalist Christians are saying on Yahoo! Answers. I was convinced God was there, but I am now ashamed of myself for having such a misguided past. Have any atheists on here once been believing Christians who looked scornfully upon atheists?

Stuff my shoes with socks: Why do my Knees Hurt?

I stuff a sock as a lifter to step on inside my shoes and make me look taller for about a year now. recently my knees have been hurting and when i walk downstairs there are pains in my knees. What happens to ponds with goldfish when it rains {actual questions inside}?

My husband and I have a pond in our back yard that has gold fish and turtles. We do check the ph every week to make sure everything is ok but if you go to pet stores they should have on hand (or they can order them) goldfish that can survive in outdoor ponds. We started out with what they refer to as pond goldfish. They are larger than your average goldfish and those little guys are tough. Make sure when you go to buy them though that you take a good look at them for fin, tail, and scale damage which could be a sign of parasites. Depending on the size of your pond Koi are a great fish to use too. Rain water of all things will not kill pond fish. They are ment to be outside. There is not enough acid in the rain to make a huge impact on the fish. You will have to treat the pond weekly seeing that it is a small water m. Adding a waterfall to your pond also helps filter and add oxygen to your pond for healthy fish. But don't worry about the water quality too much if you get the right fish they are able to live in not so perfect conditions.

Unknown Windows Media Player track will not delete.?

I use itunes to catalog and play my music. But still use WMP 12 to rip and burn CD's. I like to keep my WMP Library empty. Come to find every once in awhile music finds its way into it. It takes me like 4 trys to delete it but it eventually disappears. Now the update thing kinda makes sense because from what I understand WMP uses the duration to find info. So I have a couple ideas. Try a restart first. See if you can delete the file after the restart. Try a couple times because of what I wrote above. If it starts trying to update again click Tools in the upper left. It the Menu Bar does not show right click at the top and check Show Menu Bar. So click Tools, then Options. Click the Library Tab. Uncheck the box that says Retrieve Additional Info From The Internet. Hopefully that will stop the updating and let you delete it. Just a couple ideas but not much faith in them. Hope this helps. Awake but paralyzed, unable to speak, visited by something?

It's 5:22 am, I just woke up after having a very strange experience. Something with a familiar form (arms, body, etc.) was standing over my bed. It couldn't physically touch me, but it was trying too. It stood over my bed for about 5 minutes. I tried to speak, not sure what I was going to say, but my voice wouldn't come out. After it left, I was then free to speak. I decided to stay up because it might visit me again if I try to go back to sleep. I'm not scared or anything, but it's a very unsettling experience. Anyone have a familar experience, and know what it might be?

Then there's also a soft, probably pencil, eyeliner and next curl eyelashes and put on mascara. Also, put on light blush and lipstick. May be that is why so many responses to questions regarding faith and the Bible are ignorant and void of any real knowledge of scripture. Based on some of the responses I see on YA, the Christian community as a whole has done a pitiful job representing the Kingdom of God while here on earth. As ambadors for Christ, we don't study and learn His will. We claim to be Christians, but don't make the effort to represent him clearly to the rest of the world. Well, I'm not a completely religious person, but I do believe in forgiveness. However, I also believe in knowing I've got a good thing when I see it. You're just asking for trouble if you call her.
