Do I have to pay penalty after nursery failed to provide adequate service?

As a (male) nursery nurse. I can inform you that you are not entitled to pay the fees. U payed for the care of ur son that was not met. This and the travel with out ur concent are agenst the law. Meaning that what u may have signed in the contract is no longer valid. Write a letter to the nursery saying "I (your name) will no longer require your services due to the actions taken place on (date it happened). This will take place as of now. I will not be paying the fees nore the service charges due to a breach of my contract". If they still persue. Then enquire about taking the issue to court. I can garentee that they will back off from here. If not u will win the court case. Just tell ur solicitor what u have said hear. Good luck with that. Let me know how u get on. Kev
