If Cheney Is Such A Tough Guy, Why Did He Evade The Draft So Many Times?

Cheney likes to come across as a tough guym but when he had the chance to serve he used every excuse in the book, from his feet hurt to his peitticoat was frayed--so where does he get off telling anyone anything about keeping this country safe? He IS always wrong. We are still all waiting for the Iraqi Oil to pay for their war (or should I say, our invasion) like Cheney promised. He is a loser, isn't he?
