You definitely have the offensive weapons and on the defensive side you may need some help with the rebounds (as well as offensive rebounds). Like the guy above me said, try trading one of your shooters for a good or great pf/c that you know will get you good rebound statistics as well as other decent numbers such as 15ppg and good shooting percentage. Andris Biedrins would be this ideal guy. He gets about 12ppg and about 10rpg try to get him for a Stephen Jackson trade or Ben Wallace/someone else. If you do decide to trade, don't overdue the trade by giving the other guy too much, though.
