Where to go to repair a garden solar novelty light?

I've bought quite a few different solar novelty lights, and I've found that they just don't last very long at all. It would probably cost more to take it to an electrician or someone to fix it. Your best bet would be if you know someone who knows how to work with wiring and let them give it a try.
