Why aren't i losing anymore weight?
Our bodies plateau, its natural with any exercise program. If you aren't getting enough nutrients and calories, your body will think its being starved and will stop loosing weight, so make sure that you are only burning no more than 700-800 (500 is ideal) calories a day more than you are taking in. Try sticking with your plan another week or two and if you still don't see results, start changing your cardio. Interval training is great for breaking through a plateau. Interval training is a mix of slow/fast, intense/mild workouts (Ex. sprint 1/8 mile, walk 1/4 mile, repeat for 30 mins). They can be done on a bike, swimming, elliptical, whatever you like. Just keep your body guessing!
