Convincing my parents to take a vacation to France?

What about finding a scheme which allows you to go and stay with a family? I don't know where you live but you should ask at your high school and university. 14 isn't too young to travel by yourself and your french would certainly improve. If not try to persuade your parents to visit Quebec. It's nearer and they still speak french.
