Is my rats runt going to die?

my rat had 10 baby rats this morning one obviously being a runt because it is sooo much smaller than the others, anyways is the runt going to live? do they usually live? she has a tiny milk band but sometimes when she tries to nurse she gets burried by the larger babies.. do most runts of rat litters die?
