What does it mean when a guy looks at you repeatedly?

ahhh i have the same problem here except the dude's friends dnt stare at me, but i feel lik he's always trying to look at me and tries to look cool or impress me when i walk by him, but we dnt talk i mean the dude is my besties cuz and i have a feeling he likes me, dnt get me wrong, i have a crush on him too, E-N-E looks like he is sprung as in he LUVS u but is too afraid to admit it, cuz of his popularity at skool, ha ha love is ma fav thing in the world.....
