Is it wrong to want an inexpensive engagement ring?

Wow that is an amazing ring! If so called 'friends' throw around horrible comments about your ring then you're better off without them. The money you save on the ring can be spent on more important things like a deposit for a house or a lovely honeymoon. Congratulations!
