What do club owners look for when they hire bar staff?

the interview is quite crucial, and as a club owner hiring bar staff, its all about personality. yes you should be outgoing, but not rudely loud or obnoxious. they probably looked to see how you were communicating, if you were talking and engaging and listened when they talked. unfortunately, a huge part of being a club bar tender is looks, so that does count, no matter how you slice it. but again, the biggest thing is personality, you have to be able to talk to customers, and to know when to be quiet and just give them their drink.
