Why are the only successful blacks are the ones who are whitewashed ?

I noticed the majority of successful,very educated black kids are the ones who grew up in white areas,Have tons of white friends and speak with a white dialect. Why is this ? Why are all the ghetto blacks so unsuccessful in school and very illiterate compared to their civilized counterparts ? I noticed the majority of the intelligent blacks will sit with their white friends and are very articulate and dress and behave like civilized human beings and are very successful. while, the ghetto ones will chimp out,be all obnoxious,loud and throw gang signs at ping buses/cars. Basically they are fiascoes. Why is this ?
