Race revolution?

On an article I read that white nationalists are planning to ethnically cleanse the U.S of non whites and start a race revolution. Are non whites threatened by this...I mean all you really need is a corrupt racist president and then all of us non whites are going to be minced meat (for the lack of a better word). Are non whites going to do anything about?
