House season 4 when is it coming to our screens?

I've recently become a huge fan of Hugh Laurie in House and have managed to watch all 3 seasons in less that 2 weeks. I'm now waiting for season 4 to begin. I believe it's been aired in the US already. Does anyboy know when we're going to see it in the UK/Irl????
