Would you trust this car for 200mi?

Ok my car stutters hard when i try to back up and also it hesitates hard when accelerating p 40. Why i am putting it on the road is because im a college student who has to get it home for repairs. i took it to autozone and there machine said it was a misfire piston 1. So do you think it will be ok for 200mi to get it home? its a mercury sable gs01
