I know you may hate me for saying this but JUST TAlK TO HIM! That is the best thing you can do. You will get closer to him that way and then you can tell if you really like him or not. What else can you do? You would seem a bit weird if you randomly asked him to hang out with you with no prior knowledge of each other. Get to know him. Text him, talk to him, facebook him, myspace him, etc. Just talk to him!
