Hi. how to improve my bike's performance?

i have an apache rtr 160. At present i get a mileage of 50km. i have gone a top speed of 123. what can be done to match my bike with performance of pulsar 220? what alterations should be done? and how much mileage will i get after doing such alterations? how much will it cost?thanks in advance..
