Why does yahoo tell me I have requested an unauthorized site?

when I try to enter my bank's web site or NOAA's National Weather Service site I get a message saying it is unauthorized by Yahoo. DUH!! And until recently both sites were entered without comment. No answer is really necessary. I just want Yahoo to wake up.
