Why is the Hispanic population of Toronto so small compared to the American cities?

cuz alot of the time immigrants move to a place where there are alot of people of the same race. it's easier to adjust and alot of Hispanic immigrants live closer to there country of origin. also if they are illegal they don't qualify for heath care in Canada mean while the US practically gives More aid to illegals than ppl born here
