Piercing my own ear!?

ok i know alot of people ae gonna say not to but im already half way through. ive sterilised the needle and my ear (sort of) but the only thing is that i cant seem to get the needle out the othe side of my ear. ive put cold wate on but it still hurts like hell. i cant get ice because i dont want my parents to know. is there anything else i could use to numb it?
