To all franchise owners. What are your profits?

I am looking to start a low cost franchise ( less than 30k start up) And I was wondering, what are the most profitable. I know Chick-Fil-A has a low startup fee at 5,000 but a 50% royalty fee. Also, Subway has a lower royalty fee but a 15,000 start up fee. Realistically, what are the start up costs for these franchises. And are there any other franchises that have a sure fire high profit with low start up fee? Thanks!
